About the Schengen Summer School

The Schengen Summer School of Luxemburg University, scheduled for September 1-10, 2016, will look into the issue of the impact that the various forms of migration might have on urban planning and architecture and how architects and city planners can get involved in approaches to integrate migrants and refugees.

The Schengen Summer School is targeted both at students and graduates in the subjects of architecture and urban planning, but also interested students with background in geography or social sciences. Places are limited to 30 people. The courses are taught in English

We are pleased to announce that the Valentiny Foundation has decided to award a grant of 150 eur p.P. to all participants to the Schengen Summer School on Architecture and Migration.

Please take note of the adjustments to the registration fees:
- 350 € for students
- 450 € for graduated architects

Deadline for registration : August 25, 2016.
